Hi All,

·         BUSA WARM-UP: Track+ Field Open Meeting at Northwood Stadium – heard it is next Tues & Thurs. Will be a good warm-up for the BUSA Outdoors.

·         Photos from Ed Prickett Relays and more pics from BUSA Indoors have been added. Weston 5 photos will be added later on in the week! Click here!

·         Circuit Training is now back at the side room in the sports centre.

"Athletes,

Well done to those of you who took part in the Weston 5 Mile road race this weekend, and thanks to Rich Kay for organizing it. Its fixtures like this that help to keep runner's sharp in their build up to their respective BUSA events.

Dont forget that its Sports Presentation Evening this coming Saturday. Its a cracking evening out, which no doubt would be much improved by a large Athletic Club contingent being present! I'm also sure that anyone in line for recieving an award would appreciate the support.

Keep the training up guys, the most important Uni Athletics Fixture is just around the corner. I look forward to seeing you all, be you a runner, sprinter, jumper or thrower, for the fun & games in Glasgow; hopefully 'sans-spooks' ;)

SPORT PRESENTATION EVENING THIS SATURDAY!! So go get your tickets if you ain't already. There still on sale in the activities bit (above ember lounge) between 12-2, not sure what day up to so go asap if you want to go.  There is quite a few of us going so will be a good laugh!
